This site (along with a bunch of others on hosted at Dreamhost) fell victim to a hack attack a couple of months ago, so I thought I’d start fresh. I may try to import some of the the old content, but I think instead I’ll just post it when I have the inclination. It will probably be more interesting to take a new look at it anyway, though I’m bummed about losing the comments and all of those dead links floating around Google.
The photo above is from the Tropical Storm Beryl swell, taken the Sunday before Memorial Day.

My motivation? I used to live and surf in St Augustine. I miss it a lot and and I love/hate your photos.
